Compensation / Benefits:

  • Compensation: $19.56 - $31.94/hr, based on experience.
  • Evening differential: $2.00/hr.
  • Night differential: $2.50/hr.
  • Weekend differential: $2.50/hr.
  • Sign On Bonus paid over the first year.

As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a sterile and safe surgical environment while providing exceptional support to the surgical team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure and maintain a sterile environment throughout surgical procedures.
  • Prepare necessary instruments and supplies prior to surgery.
  • Assist physicians to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and staff.
  • Commit to ongoing education and professional practice development.

Education Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program, with preference for national certification, or five years of relevant training/experience as a surgical tech. For Cath Lab positions, RCIS certification is preferred.

Experience:

  • Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program, or five consecutive years of training/experience as a surgical technologist, or LPN with one year of surgical tech experience is preferred.
  • National certification is highly preferred.

Licensure and Certification:

  • Must maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification throughout employment.
  • If a Certified Surgical Technologist, ensure current certification is upheld.
  • Oklahoma LPN license is required if applicable.
  • For Cath Lab roles, ALS training must be completed within six months of hire and maintained during employment.
