Position Title: LPN - Full-Time Shift: Days (7a-3p); Nights (3p-11p)
Job Summary: - Responsible for resident care and ensuring residents receive care outlined in their care plan

Requirements: Minimum Education: Minimum Work Experience: - Minimally - 1 year of experience as a nurse, preferably in a skilled nursing care setting
- We also have opportunities (after 6 months) for Nurse Coaches, which is an additional $1.00/hour, also relief Charge and Unit Supervisor which is an additional $1.75/hour. There are immediate growth opportunities!
Licenses/Certifications: - BLS/ACLS Certifications
- Current and valid LPN license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Compensation: - Salary: Up to $25/hr. (Based on years of experience)
- Shift Diffs: Evenings $2.00/hr.; Nights $1.50/hr.

- Pension Plan after 2 years - Employee contributes 3% and employer contributes 4.5%.
