Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Development, this individual will help support critical tools supporting our Marketing Operations. The role requires a highly resourceful individual who manages through complexity easily, demonstrates advanced technical skills and high levels of EQ, and displays strong business acumen.nnOur platforms are used to support our internal marketing teams in their GTM initiatives across email, push, SMS, and paid media. As a Managing Developer, this role will be responsible for learning and supporting our in-house applications and the day-to-day management of contract resources across multiple capital projects. Applicants will need a blend of technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills.nnJob Specifications:nnShift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year RoundnnOutlet: CorporatennOther Specifics: Hybrid – RemotennThe budgeted range starts at $99,900 - $125,000+ annual bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.nnJob Responsibilities:nnLead the onboarding, and day-to-day management of contract dev resources ensuring deadlines are hit across all platforms and projects.nnContinuously expand our dev function across our growing number of tools while refining our existing testing methods and tools.nnLeverage technical expertise to provide operation support to existing platforms and tools.nnServe as cross application support for front end and back-end custom applications.nnMake recommendations regarding platform needs and solutions to maintain optimal team effectiveness.nnCollaborate cross functionally with developers, quality assurance analysts, business analysts, project managers, and senior leadership.nnJob Requirements:nnBachelor's degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.nnExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.nn2+ years in a lead role or equivalent experience.nnAbility to inspire and lead a team, manage conflicts, and foster a collaborative environment.nnStrong verbal and written communication skills to articulate development processes and results.nn3+ years’ experience working with Agile & Waterfall Development MethodologiesnnMeticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality standards.nnMust be proactive and self-driven, demonstrate initiative and be a logical thinker.nnAbility to develop clear documentation and business partner management across audiences with multiple levels of technical skillsnn3+ years full stack experiencenn3+ years JavaScriptnnTypeScriptnnExperience with CSS and email HTMLnnExperience building front end interfaces.nnNodeJSnnHapi or other NodeJS server frameworksnnVue2 or familiarity with reactive front-end frameworksnnExperience building APIs and integrating APIs managed by others.nn3+ years container app instances in Azure.nnExperience working with micro service technologiesnnPreferred:nnFamiliarity with Marketing Technologiesnn3+ years’ experience working with Agile Development MethodologiesnnExperience working in GithubnnFamiliarity with EJS, handlebars, or other template languagesnnEmail on AcidnnGonnSQLnnKnowledge of data warehousing conceptsnnThe expected Total Compensation for this role is $125,000 + annual bonus.
