Follow @howmet: Twitter , Instagram , Facebook , LinkedIn and YouTube .nnSpecific Responsibilities Include:nnOperate a variety of machine tools, machines to produce precision parts.nnStudy sample parts, blueprints, drawings & engineering information to determine methods, sequence of operations in order to fabricate product.nnMeasure, examine & test completed units to detect defects.nnFabricate replacement and new parts for facility machinery.nnFabricate, erect, install, and maintain facility machinery.nnPerform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.nnTroubleshoot and repair facility machinery.nnProduce, rework and repair various machine tooling within the drawing and specification requirements.nnMaintain, clean and secure work area and tools.nnSecure equipment when not in use.nnPerform other duties as assigned.nnAdhere to Howmet EH&S, Quality, Continuous Improvements and other Company Policies.nnHigh School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution preferrednnEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are required. Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is desired or have a background working with machinery.
