Position Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret Human Resources (HR) data to enhance workforce planning, recruitment, turnover management, and other critical staffing functions.

• Create clear metrics and insights to present to management and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Develop and enhance tools utilizing Workday, Excel, and Access for improved data management.

• Partner with business teams to align productivity targets and labor goals with our overarching workforce plans.

• Review HR system transactions to identify data integrity issues and suggest improvements or training opportunities to enhance user competency.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; a focus in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or related fields is preferred.

• 2+ years of analytical experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
