You will investigate, evaluate and resolve network and data performance issues to ensure efficient and reliable service for our customers. The work you'll be doing will directly impact customer satisfaction and help keep us ahead of the competition.nnEvaluating service performance trends and isolating root causes of impacted services.nnPerforming testing and analyses of relevant key performance indicators.nnOptimizing transport networks using traditional and innovative means.nnSupporting stakeholder organizations to identify and solve complex problems.nnIdentifying processes that can be improved, eliminated or automated.nnManaging repair and maintenance activities within our MSCsnnSupporting migration and integration work in our EBH and RAN networksnnWhat we're looking for...nnYou're tech savvy and well-versed in all things telecommunications. Working independently is as comfortable for you as being part of a team. No stranger to a fast-paced environment, you manage multiple assignments, and competing priorities while staying focused on important deadlines.
