As the Senior BI Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable insights, uncover trends to support strategic initiatives, and optimize processes for enhanced efficiency and growth. You will lead projects, mentor junior analysts, and utilize cutting-edge BI platforms and data technologies in a dynamic manufacturing context.nnEssential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):nnCollaborate with business teams to define reporting requirements and translate them into actionable data insights.nnDesign, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making.nnMonitor and refine reporting solutions for accuracy and relevance.nnAnalyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and provide statistical insights to drive strategic decisions.nnEnsure data integrity, accuracy, and governance, working with IT and data teams to optimize infrastructure.nnManage analytics projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.nnPresent data-driven insights to senior management and stakeholders.nnMentor junior analysts, advocate for BI tools, and drive innovation in analytics processes.nnEnsure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.nnQualifications:nnBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.nn7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.nnExperience with Power BI, strong experience with SQL and data warehousing skills.nnExpertise in extracting, manipulating, visualizing, and modeling large datasets.nnIn-depth knowledge of data warehousing and Lakehouse concepts, ETL processes, and related technologies utilizing Microsoft Synapse Analytics and Databricks.nnAdvanced proficiency in Excel.nnExperience working with Azure-based data platforms.nnMust possess a strong business acumen with the ability to determine business needs and putting it into practice.nnExperience managing multiple projects and familiarity with Agile methodologies.nnA commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and driving business performance through data insights.nnPOST-OFFER BACKGROUND CHECK IS REQUIRED.
