LHH is partnering with a long-time client to find an experienced ERP Project Manager (SAP) to join their team in
Riverside County, CA! Key Responsibilities: - Set direction and priorities for ERP projects.
- Align business and IT strategic goals.
- Define and refine PMO processes for ERP initiatives.
- Lead project management activities, including initiation, scheduling, execution, and closing.
- Apply relevant project management frameworks.
- Manage multiple projects, including those with third-party vendors.
- Provide change management leadership to improve solution adoption.
- Ensure project documentation and follow-up activities.
- Plan and coordinate resource requirements.
- Manage project budget and reporting.
Qualifications: - 7+ years of SAP PM experience (ECC, S/4HANA).
- Proven track record in SAP implementation and Digital Transformation projects.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to address short-term and long-term goals.
- Experience in project management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- PMP Certification.
