They are responsible for producing and troubleshooting prototypes and the companies' most complex components. They serve as the Subject Matter Expert and primary personnel to establish manufacturing process post First Article or Prototype. They support the team by training other assembly mechanics, providing input into business decisions- operational or sourcing. The Drive continuous improvement activity within the work center and identify new equipment to improve operational efficiency.
