Our client, a recognized manufacturer in the field of building mechanics and HVAC systems, is looking for an HVAC sales representative in Montreal. For over 50 years, this company has been offering high-performance technological solutions that optimize energy efficiency while reducing the ecological footprint.
Profile sought for this HVAC sales representative position in Montreal
  • College or university diploma in mechanical engineering, building mechanics or equivalent, with relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the HVAC sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of HVAC/HVAC systems (major asset).
  • Recognized skills in communication, presentation and customer relations.
  • Ability to listen actively, understand customer needs and propose adapted solutions.
  • Results-oriented spirit, team player able to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Mastery of the Office Suite and ability to read and analyze plans.

Your responsibilities as an HVAC sales representative in Montreal
  • Manage all commercial activities in your territory, including acquiring new customers and retaining existing customers.
  • Meet with engineering firms and various partners to promote HVAC solutions and ensure their specification in projects.
  • Implement effective strategies to meet and exceed your sales objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to facilitate the transition of closed files and mobilize the necessary technical resources.
  • Ensure rigorous monitoring of activities in the CRM and produce progress reports (daily, weekly, quarterly).
  • Offer exceptional customer service and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
  • Stay informed about projects in your territory in order to provide optimal support to close sales.
