Position Highlights Department: Pharmacy - Anti-Coagulation Clinic Hours: Part-Time/32 hours Shift: This position is 1st shift, Days - Tuesday through Friday but there is room for flexibility Position Summary: The Ambulatory Care Pharmacist in conjunction with the Director of Pharmacy and pharmacy leadership in accordance with established policies and procedures, will provide medication therapy management to provide the safest and highest quality care for our patients.
