    Job Requirements
  • Must have: Ability to perform complete adult transthoracic echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms.
  • Must have: Ability to provide portable echocardiograms in patient’s rooms.
  • Must have: Experience building structured reports for physician review.
  • Preferred: Experience administering ultrasound contrast such as Definity and agitated saline.
  • Preferred: Operating ultrasound equipment for the physician during transesophageal echocardiograms.
  • Required Certifications: ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or CCI Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
  • Required Certifications: State of New Hampshire Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy License
    Schedule Information
  • Day Shift – 3 tech’s per shift
  • Night Shift - Call
  • Weekends and On Call required
    Unit Specific Information
  • Typical procedures performed: Adult transthoracic echocardiograms, Stress echocardiograms, Transesophageal echocardiograms
  • Self-motivated, independent worker that thrives in a busy, fast paced environment
    Additional Details
  • Number of Beds - 220
  • Number of Staff – 4 Full-time 3 PRN’s
  • Type of equipment – GE Vivid E9
  • EMR – Meditech
