    Job Requirements
  • Must have sterile compounding experience
  • Must have vancomycin/aminoglycoside dosing experience
  • Must have Meditech experience
  • Preferred skills include trauma experience, burn experience, familiarity with Dose Edge, Pyxis experience, Vigilanz experience
    Schedule Information
  • 7 on and 7 off. Thursday to Wednesday
  • Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees

  • Number of Beds in the unit: 383
  • Number of Staff: 43
  • Type of staff: Day Shift – 4 decentralized pharmacists, 3 ops pharmacists; Night Shift – 1 technician and 1 pharmacist
  • EMR used: Meditech
  • Unit Guidelines/Policies: Attach unit policies and guidelines
