• Salary Guarantee - $280K - $285K Salary Guarantee + wRVUs 
  • Annual Income of $325K and More 
• $20,000 Sign On + Cover Relocation Costs
• 4 weeks of PTO + 7 Paid Holidays 
  • Increases 2-5 yrs: 5 weeks, 6+ yrs: 6 weeks + holidays
• $2,500 Annual CME allowance + 5 Days

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM / MEDPED)

• Traditional FM or MED/PED Opportunity
  • Outpatient - Primary Care + Pediatrics
• 1:4 call rotation - Average 0-4 pediatric inpatient admissions 
• NO High Risk C-Sections required 
• Newborn nursery On-site (approx. 40 births/month)
• 4-Day Work Week / Average of 15 Patients per day in clinic
