The ideal Provider will be Board Certified in Internal Medicine and have an active Illinois license.

Job Type: Locum / Contract
Duration of Assignment: January & February w/ possibility to extend.
Shifts: Tuesday - Monday; 7p-7a
Practice Details:
- Average Census 7AM: 72.7
- Average Census Per Day Rounder: 16-18
- Average Admissions by Nocturnist: 8-10
- Average Unseen at 7AM: 5.9
- Documentation system: Epic
Requirements:
- Board Certified
- IL state license
- Covid Vaccination
- Clean background

Stage 2 - "Full-Facility Submission" - Introducing you to the Leadership at the facility.
- All pertinent Licenses & Certifications
- Malpractice and/or Background Documentation (NPD)
- References if Available.
- Scope of Services if Applicable
