We are hiring for a Nocturnist positions. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

  • Work alongside diverse clinicians from the Tri-state Area, including NYC, NJ, and the Hudson Valley. Our team collaborates closely and is encouraged to participate in medical committees, contributing to shared decision-making and professional development.

  • Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.

  • This is a nocturnist position work nights
  • We offer flexible scheduling options, including bi-monthly team gatherings that promote a supportive work environment and allow for a balanced approach to personal and outdoor pursuits. Key Responsibilities:

  • This nocturnist position provides overnight care for medical and surgical patients in a Level 3 trauma community hospital with a 15-bed census, 5-bed ICU, and 22 inpatient psychiatry beds.
  • Serve a diverse patient population in a low-volume ED with high acuity, providing essential specialty services such as cardiology, gastroenterology, neurology, general surgery, urology, infectious disease, and podiatry.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a hospital that functions as a primary receiving stroke center, holds a geriatric-accredited emergency department, and serves as a department of correction receiving facility.
  • Collaborate with team members and utilize the hospital s outpatient clinic for coordinated care.
