The Domino’s Pizza Insider plays a key role in ensuring that customers receive high-quality service, pizzas, and other menu items quickly and efficiently. Insiders work behind the scenes to prepare food, take orders, maintain cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service, both in-store and over the phone.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• You must be 16 years of age or older.
• Prepare pizzas and other menu items
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, ensuring that all food safety standards are followed.
• Take customer orders over the phone or in person.
• Assist with handling payments and answering customer inquiries
• Clean equipment and facility.

Communication Skills

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions/Skills

• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
