Role Description

This is a full-time, in-person role for a fully licensed Mental Health Counselor. The Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services, supervising clinicians pursuing licensure, clinical team management, and other administrative and clinical duties. This role is primarily located in Boston, MA with flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of fully licensed clinical experience preferred but not required
  • Mastery of basic, humanistic counseling skills
  • Knowledge of humanistic counseling philosophy
  • Strong understanding of and grounding in a guiding theory of counseling
  • Treatment Planning and Case Management skills
  • Experience in Mental Health and Psychology
  • Experience with Counseling Supervision
  • Expertise in Relationship Counseling
  • Experience and training in Sex Therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to Multicultural and Intersectional competence
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor or equivalent
  • Master's degree in Counseling or related field
