Position: MRI Technologist - Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time (FTE)

Location: Burlington-VT

Base Salary: $87,380 to $131,000+Best-in-class benefits

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the MRI department.

* Ensure adherence to protocols and procedures to maintain high standards of imaging quality and patient safety.

* Schedule and coordinate MRI procedures, optimizing department efficiency.

* Provide leadership and guidance to MRI technologists and support staff.

* Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development to staff.

* Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.

* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards, including participation in ACR accreditation.

* Maintain inventory of MRI supplies and equipment.

* Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements:

* Associate's degree or equivalent from an approved Medical Radiographic Program.

* ARRT (MR) certification is required.

* Advanced certification in MRI.

* Minimum of three years of experience in MRI.

* At least two years of experience as a lead technologist or supervisor in an MRI setting.

* Active MRSO certification is preferred.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Skills and Certifications:

*ARRT (MR)

*Associate's degree or equivalent from an approved Medical Radiographic Program

*Minimum of three years of experience in MRI.

*At least two years of experience as a lead technologist or supervisor in an MRI setting.
