Job Title: Orthopedic Spine Surgeon

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and diagnostics of spine-related conditions , including patient history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
- Conduct spinal surgeries , including but not limited to decompressions, fusions, and minimally invasive procedures.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including non-surgical options where appropriate.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients, ensuring their recovery is well-managed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with medical regulations and organizational policies.
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in orthopedic spine surgery.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery (subspecialty in Spine Surgery preferred).
- Valid medical license in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain).
- Proven experience in performing spine surgeries, including both complex and minimally invasive techniques.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and treat spine conditions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team of healthcare professionals.
