Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the Human Resources department, fostering a positive workplace culture.

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

- Manage recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and best practices.

- Utilize UKG for payroll management and HR processes.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a HR leader within the senior care space.

- Strong knowledge of UKG and payroll systems. (This is a must)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to develop strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
