Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive growth and enhance engagement with strategic accounts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand and address clients' business challenges through tailored training solutions.
- Conduct value-driven, consultative discussions with senior executives, mapping out organizational needs and co-developing effective solutions.
- Expand the company's presence by attending industry events, hosting webinars, and actively participating in relevant professional communities.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing enterprise accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
About You:
- Experience in sales, account management, consulting, or a related professional services role.
- Proven track record in engaging and building relationships with C-level executives and senior leaders.
- Experience in consultative selling and identifying business challenges within large organizations.
- Passionate about innovative technology, with a strategic and analytical approach to sales.
