As a Fast Track Sales Representative , you’ll dive into one of the nation’s largest freight brokerage firms, helping to shape the fast-moving transportation industry. Moving to Cincinnati means joining our Fast Track Sales Program , where we’ll give you the tools and mentoring to crush it from day one. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Make outbound calls to build relationships and grow your own book of business.
  • Close deals with new and current customers to meet their freight transportation needs.
  • Hone your negotiation skills to set pricing with shippers and carriers.
  • Manage shipments daily to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries, problem-solving 24/7/365 as needed.
  • Communicate openly and effectively—internally and externally—building trust and credibility.


What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • A college degree is great but not required—some of our best performers don’t have one.
  • A competitive streak and a drive to be the best—your work ethic will set you apart.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to tackle challenges with confidence.
  • Comfortable working in a modern, tech-driven office environment.
