- Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with the Executive Director and Department Directors to craft innovative sales strategies throughout the entire community and training that drive occupancy and growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building strong, meaningful relationships with healthcare providers, real estate professionals, senior organizations, and more to generate referrals and move-ins.
- Conducting engaging tours, home visits, and personalized follow-ups to turn inquiries into move-ins.
- Managing and updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database to ensure every inquiry receives timely, tailored responses.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to keep our community at the forefront.
- Collaborating with the Executive Director on a rolling 90-day Sales and Marketing Plan and managing the marketing budget effectively.
- Curating extraordinary customer experiences by creating a warm, welcoming environment and addressing first impressions.
What You Bring
- Sales Savvy: At least one year of sales experience and a proven track record of exceeding goals.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Tech-Forward: Proficiency in CRM systems and basic financial knowledge.
- Flexible and Driven: A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and a valid driver’s license to visit prospects and referral sources.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but experience and drive matter most!
