Account Representative

Primary Responsibilities:

• Act as assigned customer’s main point of contact, responding promptly to their inquiries.
• Represent the company’s products and services to assigned customers to meet sales goals.
• Achieve sales budgets by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
• Build strong customer relationships at all levels of the customer.
• Implement a territory action plan that meets company objectives.
• Maintain strong working relationships with customers to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
• Make customer appointments, organize, and conduct effective sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business.
• Prepare concise and accurate quotations, reports, forecasts, budgets and other required documentation.
• Responsible for all sales-related activities including customer meetings, coordinating internal commercial and technical discussions for customer satisfaction.

Education and Skills Required:

• Four-year college degree.
• 0 to three years of sales experience within the semiconductor or related industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with MS Windows/Office applications.
• Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for customer and internal meetings.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Semiconductor/Technical background.
• User knowledge of SAP.
• Experience selling directly to semiconductor manufacturers.

This position is an on-site position with an annual salary range from $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 depending on education and experience
