Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong understanding of Salesforce from a business perspective. Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Management: Oversee the administration and optimization of Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in sales and marketing operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to align operations with business objectives.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and track progress toward goals.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on Salesforce best practices and data management.

• Salesforce Proficiency: Strong understanding of Salesforce from a business perspective, including data management and reporting.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to various stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
