Temp Area Sales Manager
B V L G A R I Latin America & Caribbean is searching for a Temp Area Sales Manager to join its team!
The Temp Area Sales Manager is a critical link between Bulgari and the Business Partners, providing strategic sales support, strong customer service, training, and overall business management to ensure product sell-through and image enhancement at the retail level.
This role, based out of the Miami Latin America & Caribbean's regional office in Coral Gables, will be responsible for the Jewelry, Watches and Accessories (JWA) categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the sell-out and sell-in targets and grow market share in assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Business Partners, providing them with excellent partnership and customer service.
- Organize and conduct training sessions for each store in the territory.
- Maintain visual standards and ensure adherence year-round.
- Merchandise assortment for success constantly re-assessing potential.
- Support and host events / trunk shows in the assigned territory as needed.
- Partner with Marketing, Training, Merchandising, Logistics and Store Planning teams to ensure high level of support with business partners.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and implement actions as needed to drive performance.
- Prepare analysis and business presentations for business & budget reviews, market visits and watch weeks / trade shows.
- Report regularly on market conditions, store visits, competition activities and distribution changes.
- Identify and report new business opportunities and maintain relationships with potential partners to expand the brand’s presence in assigned territory.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a sales / account management role
- College degree or equivalent years of related work experience
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects.
- Agility and ability to react quickly with strong sense of urgency.
- Strong Excel and Power Point skills are mandatory. Ability to use Power BI.
- Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese is required. .
- Must be able to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Position is temporary.
