Catalyst Life Sciences is currently looking to add recruiters to our Boston based life sciences recruitment team.

What does the role involve?

• Responsible for 360/full desk recruiting for mid to senior/executive-level candidates across the pharma, biotech and medical device industries.
• Hunting: Bringing in new business.
• Farming: Developing further business from existing clients.
• Acting as a consultant for both the client and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• You will receive a commission when a placement is successfully made – this is an uncapped commission opportunity!

**Base salary for this position will be $50,000 annually with uncapped commissions.**
