Job Description:  Are you a dynamic and results-driven salesperson with a passion for design and construction? We are seeking an experienced Salesperson to join our team and drive new business for our design-build services. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:  Identify and target potential clients within the residential and commercial sectors. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business and expand our market presence.
  • Relationship Management:  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders. Understand client needs and offer tailored design-build solutions.
  • Sales Strategy:  Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
  • Market Research:  Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape. Provide insights and recommendations to refine our sales approach and service offerings.
  • Collaboration:  Work closely with our design and construction teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are executed to the highest standards.
  • Reporting:  Track and report on sales performance, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts. Provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:  Proven track record in sales, preferably within the design-build, construction, or real estate industries. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a sales role.
  • Skills:  Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers.
