Job Description:  The Sales Representative establishes relationships with potential new customers and enhances relationships with current customers to rent and sell scaffolding and other products and services offered by the company.

Requirements:  The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing BETCO to contractors, negotiating contracts, providing full customer service to our customers, and providing customers with solutions on their projects to solve safety challenges. Three years of outside sales experience, construction rental experience, and or industrial background is a plus. A Bachelor s degree or comparable combination of education and experience. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Bilingual experience is a plus. A strong self-motivation and proven success in persisting and overcoming obstacles. A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Sales Representatives receive a base salary, plus a monthly commission incentive plan with no earning ceiling and the use of a company vehicle.
