Medical Account Manager
Houston, TX (Remote – but must be in commutable distance)
Responsibilities:
- Leverage the sales process to transition competitive accounts to the company’s technology.
- Perform demonstrations and evaluations of the organization’s technologies.
- Assist clinical specialists with physical inventories as part of the sales strategy.
- Drive product sales within the assigned territory.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements for new account conversions and renewals of existing accounts.
- Collaborate with team members in joint selling efforts and share critical insights, including market trends and competitive activity.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with key account information.
- Conduct annual business reviews with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of successful hospital-based sales experience, focusing on innovative technology solutions for clinicians.
- Proven success in selling medical devices or emerging technologies within hospital settings.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to manage customer interactions effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to lead group presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to persuade clinicians to adopt new patient care processes based on clinical evidence and cutting-edge technologies.
- Proficiency in conducting clinical evaluations of technology.
- Capable of delivering value-based solutions that align with client needs.
- Availability for travel, including overnight stays, and possession of a valid driver’s license.
