HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT….
- Collaborate on education projects
- Concept to complete construction documents
- Document design work from design presentation to construction documents
- Develop and maintain effective verbal, graphic, and written communication with clients that support positive, long-term relationships.
- Assist in the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design.
WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR NEW ROLE…
They’re looking for passionate, driven self-starters. Beyond that, you’ll need…
- Deep K12 Building Design experience is a must
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of the design process
- Ability to work through fast paced projects
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks
- General knowledge of materials and products relevant to project work
- Independent problem-solving
- Advanced technical skills in relevant software programs.
- Ability to project a professional presence and demeanor
- Ability to work in a highly visible, team-oriented environment
- Collaborate with in house teams across their three offices
- Proficient in: Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Revit and Adobe Suite
- Other preferred knowledge: Newforma Project Center, Sketchup and MS Office 365
