The Role:

We’re looking for a driven Enterprise Sales Representative to introduce Proposal Pilot to small, mid-sized and large government contractors. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team and play a pivotal role in Turingon’s success.


What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full sales cycle: identify prospects, conduct product demos, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Engage C-level decision-makers like Chief Growth Officers, VPs of Proposals, and Business Development Directors.
  • Highlight the ROI and compliance benefits of Proposal Pilot during tailored demos.
  • Collaborate with marketing to qualify and pursue leads generated from campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Build relationships with key industry players to expand Turingon’s reach.

  • What We’re Looking For:

    • 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales or similar role targeting federal contractors.
    • Experience writing or managing federal proposals. (preferred)
    • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and exceeding quotas.
    • Experience selling to government contractors or regulated industries (preferred).
    • Ability to communicate complex solutions with clarity and confidence.
    • Knowledge of federal procurement processes and compliance challenges (a plus).
