Job Title: Director of Investor Relations

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

A leading investment firm focused on a niche investment strategy adjacent to real estate is looking to add a Director of Investor Relations to their growing team. Having several billion in capital to deploy and over $10B in completed projects, this firm is a leader in the investments space.

The right individual will have the opportunity to take ownership over the Investor Relations and Fundraising function, driving strategy and what growth looks like for the future of the firm. This is a great next step for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Investor Relations professional!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors.
• Communicate effectively with investors regarding project updates, financial performance, and other relevant information.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to investors.
• Coordinate investor meetings, site visits, and other events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create investor communication materials.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to investor relations.
• Address investor inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations or fundraising
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Comfortability with regular travel.
