Scuttlebutt Services specializes in helping companies connect with veteran talent. We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team and drive both new client acquisition and retention efforts.
Responsibilities
- Market Research:
- Identify growth verticals and companies actively hiring.
- Analyze market trends to develop client acquisition strategies.
- Outreach and Brand Awareness:
- Leverage platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook to boost brand visibility.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads.
- Cold Calling and Territory Planning:
- Develop a weekly territory plan for in-person cold calls.
- Make a minimum of 200 new client calls weekly.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Conduct onsite and virtual sales calls to introduce Scuttlebutt Services and understand client needs.
- Use telemarketing for follow-ups after social media and email outreach.
- Marketing Automation:
- Manage tools and programs for streamlined client outreach and engagement.
Requirements
- Confidence and ease in initiating conversations with both new and existing clients.
- A self-starter comfortable with outbound activities, including:
- Cold calling, email outreach, and face-to-face introductions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional and persuasive client interactions.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to connect with decision-makers.
- The flexibility to work remotely and the capability to reliably travel to client locations.
