What you’ll be doing:
- Develop structured marketing campaigns to secure new clients & job orders
- Research utilizing various tools and technology, marketing procedures, and outbound communication methods to build a sales pipeline
- Make and schedule calls and meetings with decision-makers in prospective companies
- Consistently maintain and organize various CRM & database platforms.
What You Bring:
- 2-6 years of high-call volume work or sales experience
- Sales and/or recruiting experience is a plus
- Strong research skills and ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work onsite in our Houston office
