Job Description

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding services and materials
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Drive growth by managing customer portfolios and expanding sales within your territory
• Achieve KPIs and sales targets by prospecting and maximizing revenue from existing accounts
• Communicate in a timely manner to follow-up on quotes, inquiries, and sales opportunities
• Collaborate with both the technical and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist with pricing, quotes, and ensuring all necessary information is provided to customers in a clear and concise manner
• 10-15% National and international travel to visit customers and attend trade shows
• Utilize Salesforce

Job Requirements

• Experience in sales or account management position.
• Experience in micro-manufacturing, engineering, or a similar technical field.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
