Job Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and growth through leadership, personal production, and team support.
• Lead branch operations, building a profitable and impactful team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of experience in a management/leadership role (staffing or service industry preferred)
• Proven track record of B2B sales
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for interacting with candidates and clients at all levels.
• Strong understanding of the light industrial sector (manufacturing, warehousing, logistics).
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to staffing.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Adaptability to changing market conditions and client needs.
