Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team.
- The BDR will be responsible for calling and activating new clients, specifically Single-Family Rental Real Estate Investment Trusts (SFR REITs) and Property Management Companies (PMCs), to facilitate their maintenance work needs.
- The primary objective is to ensure these clients are successfully onboarded and achieve positive outcomes on their first ten work orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach
- Proactively identify and contact potential SFR REITs and PMCs to introduce our maintenance services.
- Utilize cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to generate interest and secure meetings with decision-makers.
Client Activation
- Onboard new clients by providing detailed information about our services, processes, and benefits.
- Guide new clients through the initial setup, ensuring all necessary documentation and agreements are completed.
Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new clients, acting as their primary point of contact during the onboarding phase.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to address any concerns and provide ongoing support.
Work Order Management:
- Ensure the successful completion of the first ten work orders for each new client by coordinating with the operations and service teams.
- Monitor and track work order progress, resolving any issues that arise promptly.
Client Success:
- Provide training and resources to new clients to help them effectively use our platform and services.
- Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, work order statuses, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Analyze data to measure the success of onboarding efforts and identify trends or areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with SFR REITs and PMCs.
- Familiarity with maintenance and property management processes.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
