Our client, a growing Health Network, is seeking a candidate with legal experience working on a variety of contracts. The company provides primary care, dental care, youth services and more. This position would offer great visibility to the General Counsel & other senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Experience working with contracts like licenses, employment, purchases, etc.
• Knowledge of utilizing legal research to supports attorneys
• Drafting or negotiaating experience is a plus

Requirements:

• Legal secretarial experience
• Experience with contract administration
