Seeking an experienced Bilingual Food Quality Assurance Administrator to join our team in Santa Maria, CA ! Position is full time M-F with flexibility on work hours between 8am to 5pm, or 7am to 4pm, 100% onsite, TTH with a compensation range of $20-$25/hr. D.O.E.
JOB DUTIES:
- Assist with onboarding new and existing clients during the application process
- Manage anniversary reminders and incoming applications.
- Data entry into scheme platform and documents
- Archive client information and maintain communication with other departments
- Communicate OSP approvals to the Operations department
- Generate links to share client folders
- Work closely with other departments to streamline the application process.
- Generate letters of good standing and letters of confirmation
- Assist with incoming calls and email requests
- Draft letters and/or notices, such as Information Requests, Notices of Noncompliance, adverse action notifications, etc.
- Provide customer technical support for QA related notifications (IR, NoNC, adverse actions)
- Assist with Organic QA special projects
- Assists with content for Annual Calibration training
- Conduct additional service reviews
- Recommend improvements to processes for improved company efficiency of day-to-day operations
- Along with the duties noted above, an employee needs to perform any other duties or responsibilities as requested by Management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma required; Administrative degree preferred!
- 2+ years of administrative experience in the agriculture industry
- Fluent in both Spanish & English with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace(Google Sheets, Docs, Slide)
- Effective customer service, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to efficiently prioritize multiple priorities and work well independently and within a team
- Easily adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
