What you’ll do:  The Director of First Impressions will play an important role in setting the tone for the organization. As the first person and last person clients see when they are in the office, the Director of First Impressions is instrumental in making sure clients have a positive experience. Ability to work in a high capacity, high intensity position is a must, while maintaining a joyful and diplomatic spirit. Multitasking is necessary also, as this position is characterized by spontaneity and being ready for any phone call or visit. You will be the direct source of office support leadership, while maintaining office supplies and managing the calendar.


What you’ll do:

  • Open and prepare the Front Stage Area
  • Set up and refresh the Client Conference Rooms
  • Greet and Seat Clients
  • Communicate Client Arrival to all Necessary Staff
  • Answer and Direct all calls and Take Detailed Messages
  • Order Office Supplies
  • Process Accounts 
  • Administrative Assistance
  • Close down Front Stage Area
  • MS Office and calendar proficiency
