Overview

The position will involve electrical design and drafting. The engineer will utilize Autocad and Revit and will support all sectors. In addition the candidate will have an aptitude for electrical testing and will require periodic traveling to mission critical facilities.

Qualifications

Proven previous experience in a low to medium complexity projects as Design Engineer role on low voltage switchgear. Demonstratable knowledge of the electrical industry and of standards relating to the design and performance of medium / low voltage switchgear. Working knowledge on ECAD softwares as Autocad, EPlan and ERP as SAP.

Experience

• 3+ years of practical experience applying electrical engineering principles in the new product introduction environment
• Ability to design, develop, and debug electrical circuits, both analog and digital
• Understanding of control theory and experience generating control algorithms
• Ability to design mechanical elements necessary to support the electrical components
• A self-starter, highly motivated with good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to interface with customers and be effective at managing vendors and suppliers
