Job Title: Design Assistant
Supervisor: Store Manager
Location: 8850 Beverly Blvd. LOS ANGELES, CA 90048
Requirement: 20/20, SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Photoshop. Experience in the Furniture Industry is a plus.
Schedule: Upon Manager’s request (5 days a week incl Saturday) from 10:00am - 6:00pm
Job Description:
- Sales team assistance
- Assist Sales Team with all aspects of design project: Assist Designers at House Calls, document project site.
- Draft and render floorplans on Auto Cad and Photoshop for presentations.
- Customer information: Greet customers and inform them of our services and product information if designers are occupied with another client.
- Marketing and sales tools
- Maintain materials library and update vendor catalogs/pricelists. Contact vendors for sample requests/information on products.
- Maintain showroom’s tearsheet library.
- Tagging, barcode (accessories), store check up (Videos..)
- Showroom layout and administrative tasks
- Merchandising/ layout of the store upon approval/request by the store manager
- Store floor plan update Showroom supplies. Field telephone calls

AutoCad, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, 20/20, SketchUp, V-Ray
