We are hiring a Property Manager for one of our Charlotte based Clients. They are a well-established, privately held, CRE firm with close to 20M SQFT of office and industrial assets.

Candidate must have:

• 3+ years working in the CRE industry as a PM, or similar (CRE experience is a MUST)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create and manage their own schedule
• Enjoy working with a large, closely knit, on-site team

This is an in-office position, not hybrid or work from home.
