Job Description:

Senior FS software engineer will act as a team lead in the designing, producing, testing, or implementing software, technology, or processes, as well as lead processes for creating and maintaining design documents, technical process flows and cloud-based systems. Impact the SWE will make -

• Provide technical design, development, and implementation of large projects and/or major software products and systems.

• Assist in defining architecture requirements and implementation for the design and development of Cloud solutions.

• Interact with stakeholders regarding problem solving, technical solutioning and support.

• Work with minimal supervision/guidance.

Minimum Required Experiences:

• 10+ years with Java, Spring boot.

Solid experience in Angular development (v15 or greater), TypeScript, JavaScript along with Java, Spring, Unit Testing, and AWS Services (S3, ECS, Lambdas, SNS/SQS, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).

• Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing.

• Building Data Streaming / Event-Driven applications using technologies such as Kinesis or Kafka

• SQL and NoSQL Databases

• Front-End Unit Testing (Jasmine, JEST etc)

• Back-End Unit Testing (Junit/Mockito etc)

• Test Automation (Karate, Cucumber, Selenium etc)

• Experience with Microservices

• GitLab/Terraform Basics

• Docker

• TDD & BDD

• Understanding of SRE concepts

• Security-First mindset

• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong verbal & written communication skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Candidates classified as senior FSEs will need to demonstrate they have this level of technical knowledge of the code itself, not just conceptually.
