Job Title: IVR QA Lead
Work Location : Charlotte NC (Onsite)
Contract duration: 12+ months Contract
Skills Required:
- 8 – 10 years IT Experience with 5+ years in Testing and working on tools like ALM
- 3+ years Cyara or any other IVR Automation experience
- Experience in onshore/offshore coordination leading large onsite + offshore teams
- Good working understanding of Kubernetes/Docker
- Extensive experience in testing Webservices both SOAP and REST
- 5+ years’ experience writing complex SQL queries
- Extensive experience in working with Unix systems
- Good understanding of Agile & Jira tool
- Telecom/Cable Domain back ground and testing experience on IVR would be beneficial.

- Job Details:
- Support supervisor in requirement workshops/ current system study, analyze the, identify high level process/system changes, define and document the problem based on client and supervisor inputs.
- Provide coordination support for offshore resources. Attend hand-off call with offshore managers both towards their shift start and end time.
- Review/analyze requirements specifications from the business needs, support creation of to-be flows, configuration Sheets, specification documents, fit gap analysis documentation etc. and define/review detailed functional/process, infrastructure, security design.
- Prepare/review the system appreciation documents, support the creation of client training material and conduct reverse knowledge transfer. Write test plans/cases, perform testing and resolve issues.
- Check Non-functional requirements of the system.
- Provide inputs to supervisor on solution alternatives based on research and build proof-of-concepts. gather both technical and functional requirements.
- Create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients’ business needs.
