Program Management of a large scale transformation involving Charles River Product(s).
Roles & Responsibilities
- 15+ years of Experience with 10+ years of experience with Charles River products (with CRD Cloud version preferred)
- Lead the overall project(s) and responsible for successful execution of program
- Leads different CRD workstreams, provides direction to team and works with Product Owner and Solution Architects on Solutioning and Implementation approach/roadmap
- Primary point of contact for Client teams and TCS leadership
- Strong domain understanding of Aset & wealth management from functional and technology perspective
- Develop program/project plan based on scope and review with key stakeholders. Conduct program kickoffs and share program objectives and requirements with team and get concurrence.
- Responsible to plan and manage delivery milestones and quality commitments
- Identifying and managing risks that could affect delivery.
- Manage customer expectations, through regular project status updates, requirements management & issue resolution. Act on customer feedback gathered during status review meetings
- Co-ordination with Business throughout SDLC phases - Requirements , Implementation, Migration & Post Production certification.
- Customer and Stakeholder reporting
- Promptly escalate issues, which affect project delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence
- Arrange and coordinate with larger TCS COEs with Subject Matter Experts from Business, Product alliances, Domain etc. to accelerate and achieve program objectives.
