Salary: $200,000 - $240,000 + 10% Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Package

Role Overview: As the VP of Infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology strategy and driving our digital transformation initiatives. You will oversee a talented team of 25 professionals and leverage your expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Azure, to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our business operations and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of 25 IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with our business goals and objectives.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure solutions using Microsoft technologies, including Azure.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and support business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology projects, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Manage technology budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Azure, and a strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing teams, with a focus on collaboration and professional development.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable technology initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
