Job Description

Lead Dog Recruiting is assisting a client in the Irvine, CA area with a search for a SQL Database Administrator with deep expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, and AWS RDS. This is an in-house role in the beginning and then hybrid once you're up and running.


You must be a US citizen or green card holder.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Sciences or equivalent
  • 10+ yrs hands-on experience working as a Microsoft SQL Server Administrator, configuring and managing always-on clustered environments
  • 5 yrs experience working with Snowflake data houses and data lake environments
  • Experience with t-SQL and AWS RDS
  • Azure SQL is preferred
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, MySQL, Python or R, and PowerShell will all be helpful
